Health Screening
Screening for individuals, new employees and company staff. Blood tests, blood pressure, sugar and a doctor examination.

Quick answer
Health screening is useful when it looks for things that can be changed before they cause symptoms, particularly high blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol. The right scope depends on age, family history and personal risk, not on whichever package has the most tests. Send a WhatsApp message to discuss what is suitable before you come, because some tests require fasting.
Who should be screened
There is a family history
Diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease or high cholesterol in the family raises your risk.
Late thirties and above
This is the period when metabolic problems start to appear without symptoms.
Sudden weight gain
A marked change in weight should be assessed together with basic tests.
New employees
Some employers require an examination before starting work.
Persistent tiredness
Fatigue that does not go away with rest should be checked, not ignored.
It has been a long time since the last one
If you cannot remember when your blood pressure was last checked, that is the answer.
What is usually included
A basic examination usually covers a doctor examination, blood pressure, weight and measurements, and blood tests for sugar and cholesterol. Kidney and liver function can be added as needed.
For employee examinations, the scope depends on the employer requirement, and can include a chest x-ray.
What matters is not the number of tests, but whether the test will change anything. Many tests without a reason produce borderline results that cause worry without benefit.
Preparation before you come
Some tests need preparation, so check first so that you do not have to come twice.
- Some tests require fasting, usually for several hours before the test
- Bring a list of the medication you are taking
- Bring previous examination results for comparison
- Tell the staff if you are pregnant or may be pregnant
- The morning is usually more suitable for tests that require fasting
After the results come out
Results are explained by the doctor, not simply handed over as a sheet of numbers.
If a reading is outside the normal range, the doctor will explain what it means, whether it needs to be repeated, monitored, or treated. Some borderline readings only mean something when seen alongside other readings and your condition as a whole.
If the results show a condition that needs a specialist, the doctor will give a referral letter and explain the options.
Common questions
Do I need to fast?
For some tests, yes. Check by WhatsApp before you come so that you know how long and when to start.
How long before the results come out?
It depends on the test. Some readings are available the same day, some laboratory tests take longer. Staff will tell you at registration.
Do you have screening packages?
The scope is arranged according to your needs. Contact the clinic to discuss before you come.
Can this be done for company employees as a group?
It can be discussed. Contact the clinic with the number of employees and the scope needed.
Screening for foreign workers?
Contact the clinic with your specific requirement and staff will confirm what can be handled here.
Can I use my employer panel?
Some panels cover health screening, some do not. Check first.
Send a message and clinic staff will answer. If you need to be examined, just come in. No appointment needed.
