The clinic accepts nearly 50 active panels, covering insurance companies and panel managers, government schemes, local employers and educational institutions. Your actual eligibility is set by the terms of your employer or policy, not by the clinic, so even two people from the same company can have different limits. Check with your HR or WhatsApp the clinic before coming.

Before you come
This list is updated from time to time and panels can be added or ended. If your company name is on the list, that does not mean every treatment is covered. Scope and limits are set by the terms of your panel.
Bring your identity card and panel card if you have one, and tell the staff when you register, not after you have seen the doctor. Eligibility is easier to check before treatment begins.
If your company is not on the list, send a WhatsApp message with the full registered company name. Staff will check, because some companies are registered under the name of a panel manager rather than their brand name.
Common questions
My company is not on the list. Does that mean I cannot use it?
Not necessarily. Some employers are registered under the name of a panel manager such as IHP, Medkad or PM Care, rather than their own company name. WhatsApp the full company name and staff will check.
Is this list current?
As at September 2026. Panels can be added or ended, so check first if you are coming specifically because of a panel.
Is every treatment covered by a panel?
No. The scope is set by the terms of your panel. Some panels exclude certain tests, optional vaccines, and anything considered cosmetic.
Can family members use my panel?
Only if your company panel covers dependants. Check with your HR.
I am from HR, how do we become a panel?
Send a WhatsApp message with the company name and the number of employees. Staff will connect you with the person who handles panels.
Send a message and clinic staff will answer. If you need to be examined, just come in. No appointment needed.
