Quick answer
This website gives general health information and information about the clinic. It is not medical advice for your own condition, and reading it does not create a doctor and patient relationship. For anything that needs to be examined, see a doctor.
Information here is not personal medical advice
The guides and treatment pages on this site describe health conditions in general terms. They are written to help you understand what might be happening and when to see a doctor.
They cannot replace an examination. Two skin conditions can look the same in a photograph and still need opposite treatments, and the wrong cream can make things worse.
Do not delay getting treatment because of something you read here, and do not stop medication you have been given without discussing it with your doctor.
Emergencies
This website is not an emergency channel. We do not monitor messages continuously for emergencies.
For a life-threatening emergency, call 999 or go straight to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Accuracy and updates
We work to keep the information on this site accurate at the time it is written. Medical practice changes, so some information can become out of date.
The service list, opening hours and panel list can change without notice. If something matters for your visit, confirm it by phone first.

The References section on some pages links to external medical sources such as national health bodies and dermatology associations.
We do not control the content of those sites and are not responsible for it. Those links are given because they are useful, not as an endorsement of everything on the site concerned.
Employer and insurance panels
The panel list on this site is a guide, not a guarantee of coverage. Your eligibility is determined by your employer or insurer, not by the clinic.
A company can end or change a panel without telling us. Confirm with your employer if you are not sure.
