The largest part of the clinic work is day to day general medicine: fever, cough, infections, stomach pain, diarrhoea, joint pain, and management of chronic illness such as diabetes and high blood pressure.
Beyond that, the clinic manages wounds and minor injuries, gives vaccines, carries out health screening, and treats common skin conditions.
Because the clinic is open 24 hours, much of this work happens outside normal clinic hours. That is exactly the purpose of it.
What is referred out
This clinic is a general clinic, not a hospital and not a specialist clinic.
Cases that need hospital admission, major surgery, intensive care, or specialist assessment are referred with a referral letter. For the Kuala Langat district, the district government hospital is Hospital Banting.
We also do not offer aesthetic procedures such as laser, filler or botox, because those require separate approval under the aesthetic medical practice guidelines.
Common questions
Do I need an appointment for any of the services?
Not for general treatment. For health screening that requires fasting or particular tests, send a message first so it can be arranged.
Are all services available 24 hours?
A doctor and general treatment are available around the clock. Services that depend on particular staff, such as x-ray, are better checked first by WhatsApp if you are coming specifically for that.
Can I use my employer panel for all services?
It depends on the terms of your company panel. Check before you come, or tell the staff when you register.
Do you have ultrasound?
The imaging service listed on this page is x-ray. For other enquiries, contact the clinic.
Can the clinic give a medical certificate?
Yes, if the doctor assesses that your condition requires one after examination.
Send a message and clinic staff will answer. If you need to be examined, just come in. No appointment needed.
WhatsApp the clinicReferences
These are general medical references, not a diagnosis of your own condition. A doctor needs to examine the skin itself.
