Check Your Employer and Insurance Panel
The clinic accepts employer and insurance company panels. Check your eligibility before coming so there are no surprises at the counter.

Quick answer
The quickest way to check is to WhatsApp the full name of your company or insurance company to the clinic. Staff will confirm whether that company is on our panel list and what you need to bring. Panel eligibility is set by the terms of your employer or insurance policy, not by the clinic, so even two people from the same company can have different limits.
The three things that most often cause a problem
The company name does not match
Panels are registered under the registered company name, not the brand name. Bring the full name as it appears on your payslip or staff card.
No identity card
Almost every panel requires identity verification. Without an identity card, a panel claim usually cannot be processed.
The panel limit is used up
Many panels have an annual limit. If the limit is used up, payment becomes your own responsibility. Check with your HR if you are not sure.
Treatment outside the panel scope
Some panels only cover general treatment and do not cover certain tests, certain medication or procedures. Staff will tell you before treatment is done.
How to check before coming
Send a WhatsApp message with the full name of your company, or the name of your insurance company and the type of policy. Staff will check and reply.
If you come without checking, tell the staff at the counter when you register, not after you have seen the doctor. Eligibility is easier to check before treatment begins.
What panels usually cover
This depends entirely on the terms of your company panel, so what is written here is a general pattern, not a guarantee.
Most employer panels cover doctor consultation and medication for common illness. Some cover basic tests, health screening, or wound care. Some exclude things like optional vaccines, certain tests, and anything considered cosmetic.
For skin treatment, eligibility usually depends on whether the condition is considered medical or cosmetic. A fungal infection or eczema is normally medical. Anything purely to do with appearance is normally not covered.
If your company is not yet a panel
The clinic accepts panel applications from companies and employers around Jenjarom, Telok Panglima Garang, Banting and Bandar Saujana Putra.
If you are from HR or administration and want this clinic on your panel, send a WhatsApp message and staff will connect you with the person who handles panels.
Because the clinic is open 24 hours, it suits companies with shift workers, who often find it hard to get treatment within ordinary clinic hours.
Common questions
